Nanaimo, Parksville + Qualicum Beach Maternity Studio| Sharon

This is the second pregnancy I’ve documented for Sharon and I really like working with her. She’s laid back and up for anything. Last time we did a session it was outdoors on the beach in Qualicum. It was a great session but this time Sharon wanted to try the studio experience.

That includes airbrush make up and lash application by my make up artist Jessica of Jessica Churcher Makeup Artistry. She comes to the studio and glams up expectant mama’s so they can feel extra pampered before stepping into the light and rocking their session.

Sharon rocked her session and looked like a million bucks in a black gown with a train, a black silky top and a white flowy gown, all from the client closet!

It is so exciting watching clients see themselves through my lens.

Sharon chose the matted prints to take home that same day. Carrying home a boutique box full of amazing images from a session the same day as the ordering appointment is the best.

This was such special session and there was tons of laughing and a general relaxed feeling. Seeing clients come back fills my heart! I look forward to hearing of the arrival of Sharon’s second baby in the upcoming weeks.
